With over 25 years of financial and management experience, Ms. Novakovic oversees the financial, accounting and administrative affairs of Property Management Division. Nikolina joined Century 21 Gold Key Property Management in 2009. After spending a year as an Assistant Property Manager, she was promoted to her current position of Property Manager. Nikolina is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests.

Nikolina offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. She expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparation. Nikolina received her MBA in Finance from University of Delaware; she is also an associate broker in Delaware and a licensed sales agent in both Pennsylvania and Maryland.
