New Castle County has made a new law that requires all landlords with houses or apartments to register with the County.  Along with this registration any landlord that resides outside of the State of Delaware must have a designated emergency contact in Delaware.

For a nominal yearly fee Century 21 Gold Key Realty can act as your designated emergency contact.  We have a 24 hour emergency line set up for our Property Management Service so it can easily be passed on to New Castle County.

This service is not intended to act as a Property Management Service.  The phone numbers and address are to be giving to New Castle County in order for you to comply with the new law.  In the case of an emergency where you tenants call New Castle County, New Castle County will first try and contact you then go on to the designated emergency contact.
