Basically the same as our "Option to Buy" program. The
only major difference is that the tenant does not have the option to buy
the home, and the repair clause is weakened.We usually do this if a
home has been split into two apartments in which case the property being
rented could not be deeded over. Or if the owner does not want to sell.

Our lease makes available:
Home, Pest, Lead Paint, and Radon Inspections at tenant's expense.
We supply a copy of the Lead Paint Form (Federal) and a copy of the
Delaware Landlord Tenant Code (Required by Law)
